Mechanical Trade Support Role

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled mechanical trade specialist to join our team. As a Customer Service Engineer, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers' needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical trade principles and excellent communication skills. They will be able to work effectively with customers, manufacturers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with customers to understand their needs and resolve any issues.
- Collaborate with manufacturing sites to identify and eliminate causes of customer complaints.
- Support the implementation of European standardization and downgauging programs at customers.
- Interface for new product development and deployment.
- Coordinate trials of new products with customers.
- Support specific customer initiative projects.
- Monitor physical product performance.
- Serve as Eviosys expert within the customer environment.
Requirements:
- Apprenticeship in mechanical trade (or equivalent).
- Full clean UK driving license.
- Previous experience in a food manufacturing facility is advantageous.
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum. Benefits include health insurance, pension scheme, and paid time off.
