Job Description:

This role involves delivering quality-assured assessments and training programmes, collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement effective care plans, and providing coaching and mentoring to staff members.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification in health and social care (e.g. Level 5 Diploma)
  • Experience in assessing and training individuals in health and social care settings
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate can expect a salary range of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on their level of experience and qualifications.
