About the Role

This exciting opportunity is available for a SEN Teaching Assistant to join our client's Primary school in Cirencester. The successful candidate will have experience in behavioural management, nurturing qualities, and patience. The role is set to begin at the start of the academic year and offers flexibility for part-time or full-time work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support students with special educational needs in a Primary school setting
  • Assist teachers in managing classroom behaviour and providing individual support
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents
  • Contribute to a nurturing culture of respect and inclusivity in the school
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of school policies
