A leading private healthcare organisation in Cheshire is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join their general nursing and residential home in Winsford. This full-time, permanent role offers flexibility with day or night shifts available.
About the RoleThis exciting opportunity will allow you to work 3 or 4 x 12-hour shifts per week, with a competitive annual salary of up to £46,500, based on your shift patterns. In addition to your basic salary, you will receive a £2000 welcome bonus.
You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with a supportive team to deliver comprehensive care, including wound care, peg feeds, catheter care, and medication management. As a key member of the team, you will also be responsible for managing patient care plans and ensuring high standards of care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent clinical care, including wound care, peg feeds, catheter care, and medication management.
- Work either day or night shifts, depending on your preference.
- Manage patient care plans and ensure high standards of care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver comprehensive care.
- Support and mentor junior staff members.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
