Job Summary

TSR Legal Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Conveyancing Assistant to join our team. As a Conveyancing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Conveyancing team in the preparation of legal documents, conducting research, and providing administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of legal documents, including conveyancing contracts and deeds.
  • Conduct research on legal matters related to conveyancing.
  • Liaise with clients to provide excellent customer service and ensure their needs are met.
  • Provide administrative support to the Conveyancing team, including data entry and document management.
  • Work closely with the Conveyancing team to ensure the smooth operation of the conveyancing process.

Requirements

  • Strong passion for law and a keen interest in conveyancing.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Previous experience in a legal setting is advantageous but not essential.
