Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Improvement Specialist to lead process improvements and drive positive change across our client's Tamworth site. As a key member of the small but dynamic team, you will be responsible for delivering process improvements, implementing new product flows, and influencing stakeholders to ensure long-term progress.

The ideal candidate will have 3 years' experience in Project Management, familiarity with waterfall and agile project management, and PRINCE2 qualification or equivalent. They will also possess excellent communication skills and experience working in a production or fulfilment environment.

The salary for this role is up to £60,000 + up to 15% bonus.
