Role Overview

The GORSE Academies Trust is seeking an Education Support Specialist to join its team at Boston Spa Academy. This role plays a crucial part in analysing student absences and taking action to support students back into the academy.

This challenging yet rewarding position requires a dedicated individual who can make a positive impact on the lives of students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse student attendance data to identify trends and patterns.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve student engagement and reduce absences.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to provide support to students.
Requirements
  • GCSE Grade C/4 and above in English and Mathematics.
  • A passion for education and making a difference.
