Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team at GBS Global Applied Knowledge. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe and secure environment for staff, students, and visitors on campus.

Main Responsibilities
  • Monitor and control access to campus buildings and facilities, ensuring that only authorized personnel have access.
  • Provide a high level of customer service to visitors, students, and staff, responding to queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Conduct regular patrols of the campus, identifying and addressing any security risks or concerns.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and effective security strategy.
  • Compile accurate incident reports and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in an educational setting.
  • DBS clearance and SIA door supervisor license.
