Water Treatment Engineer Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Water Treatment Engineer to join our team at Future Select Recruitment. As a Water Treatment Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and quality of water systems across London and the surrounding counties.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Conduct temperature monitoring and sampling regimes to ensure compliance with ACoP L8 guidelines.
- Perform clean and disinfections on both hot and cold-water systems, steam boilers, and cooling towers.
- Carry out closed system analysis, sampling, and dosing.
- Develop and implement effective water treatment plans to prevent legionella growth.

**Requirements:**

- Strong knowledge of the water treatment industry and ACOP L8/HSG 274 guidelines.
- Practical experience carrying out disinfections and legionella monitoring duties.
- Ability to work on a wide range of water systems and provide training to others.
