The Role

We have 3 opportunities available for a Teaching Assistant to work as a 1 to 1 support for pupils with SEN needs, including SEMH and ASD. These positions are full-time and will start in Term 2 until the Summer Term.

You will be expected to:

  • Be creative and bring your initiative to the classroom.
  • Ability to assess children's knowledge and development.
  • Work closely with the SENCO to understand appropriate approaches.
  • Build strong relationships with the pupil and their parents.
  • Communicate clearly with the Class Teacher on their progress.
