Job Title: Learning Support WorkerAbout the Role:

At Fair Ways, we are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Worker to join our team at our SEMH School. As a key member of our staff, you will provide vital support to our students with complex and additional needs, enabling them to access education and reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support students on a day-to-day basis, providing individualised support in lessons and activities.
  • Contribute to the achievement of student aims and objectives through assessments and Individual Education Plans.
  • Collaborate with Therapeutic Learning Practitioners and Teachers to deliver outstanding learning opportunities.
  • Model good behaviour and provide suitable support and direction.
  • Work as part of a supportive team, demonstrating resilience, initiative, and adaptability.
Requirements:
  • Full driving license and access to a car.
  • Enhanced Disclosure (DBS).
  • Desirable: Level 3 Teaching Assistant Award or equivalent.
