Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to lead a team of production staff on a production line. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the line is set up and running efficiently, monitoring production targets, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the line is set up and running smoothly before the start of each shift.
  • Monitor production targets and take corrective action to ensure they are met.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and safety on the production line.
  • Lead and motivate a team of production staff to achieve production targets.
  • Communicate effectively with the shift manager and other teams to ensure smooth production operations.
  • Identify and report any machine faults or production issues to the engineers.
  • Ensure all waste is minimized and recorded.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of production data.
Requirements:
  • Experience working in a food manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and lead a team.
  • Positive and respectful attitude.
