Key Responsibilities- Clinical Support: Provide clinical support to clients with complex health needs, including those requiring non-invasive ventilation and tracheostomy management.
- Community Care: Work collaboratively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to deliver person-centered care in the community.
- Training and Development: Assist in the training and induction of Healthcare Support Workers and Nurses to ensure a high level of support and contingency for our clients.
- Compliance and Quality: Ensure compliance with safeguarding procedures, report concerns promptly, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Team Collaboration: Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, maintain quality care delivery standards, and support new team members on shift.
- Competitive Salary: £46,000 per annum based on 35 hours per week.
