About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Rapid Response Nurse to join our Complex Care team at Superior Healthcare. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional care and support to clients with complex health needs in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical Support: Provide clinical support to clients with complex health needs, including those requiring non-invasive ventilation and tracheostomy management.
  • Community Care: Work collaboratively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to deliver person-centered care in the community.
  • Training and Development: Assist in the training and induction of Healthcare Support Workers and Nurses to ensure a high level of support and contingency for our clients.
  • Compliance and Quality: Ensure compliance with safeguarding procedures, report concerns promptly, and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Team Collaboration: Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, maintain quality care delivery standards, and support new team members on shift.
