Job Description: As a Registered Nurse with Leaders in Care, you will be responsible for providing excellent clinical care, including wound care, peg feeds, catheter care, and medication management. You will work either day or night shifts, depending on your preference, and collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver comprehensive care. Your responsibilities will also include managing patient care plans and ensuring high standards of care, as well as supporting and mentoring junior staff members. To maintain accurate patient records and documentation, you will need to have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Required Skills and Qualifications: We are looking for a qualified Registered Nurse with current RGN registration, or RMN with hands-on clinical skills. Strong clinical skills, including wound care, peg feeds, catheter care, and medication management, are essential for this role. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are also required, as well as a compassionate and patient-focused approach.
