Biology Teacher Required for Secondary School Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Biology Teacher to join our team at Future Education. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and interactive biology lessons to students at the secondary school level.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs and abilities.
  • Prepare students for GCSE Biology exams, providing guidance and support to ensure they achieve their full potential.
  • Assess and report on student progress, using data to inform teaching practices and improve student outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development of the science curriculum, sharing best practices and expertise with colleagues.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting student well-being and academic success.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Biology or a related field, and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Experience teaching biology at the secondary school level, preferably within the UK education system.
  • Strong knowledge of the national curriculum, GCSE, and A-Level Biology.
  • Excellent communication, classroom management, and organisational skills.
