About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Egis in the UK. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading multiple projects across the M25 network, from design inception to close out. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the successful delivery of these projects, which will involve working closely with internal and external stakeholders, including planners, construction managers, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-end management of projects, including scheme development and engagement with stakeholders
  • Liaising with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Management of the P6 programme, including identification of critical path activities
  • Commercial management of projects, including cost planning, supply chain quotations, and invoice review
  • Commissioning and managing internal and external resources to ensure quality, budget, and programme delivery
  • Leading gateways and collaborative cost reviews with the client and project team
  • Adhering to project governance procedures and presenting to stakeholders
  • Routine reporting on project schedule, progress, risk, and commercial status
Requirements
  • Project management experience, preferably supported by a recognised qualification such as PRINCE2 or APMP
  • Broad skills and knowledge of highway or structures engineering and associated design areas
  • Knowledge of CDM and other H&S and environmental legislation related to highway engineering
  • Knowledge of the NEC and other relevant forms of contract
  • Strong safety management culture and self-awareness
  • Ability to travel to other offices and sites as required
