Job Role

We are seeking a Care Assistant to join our team at one of our residential care homes. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care to our residents, supporting them with daily activities and promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality personal care to residents, including washing, dressing, eating, and maintaining personal hygiene.

  • Understand and adapt to the communication needs of residents and their families, providing confidence and reassurance.

  • Work as part of a team to provide a safe and supportive environment for residents, using good observation skills and a positive outlook.

  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our care services.
