Community Mental Health Occupational Therapist Role

Hunter AHP is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join their multi-disciplinary mental health rehab team in Grimsby. The ideal candidate will have a specialization in working with adults and older adults who have various Mental Health conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational therapy services to adults and older adults with mental health conditions
  • Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Conduct assessments and interventions to promote independence and well-being
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals

Requirements:

  • Occupational Therapist qualification and registration with the relevant professional body
  • Experience working with adults and older adults with mental health conditions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
