Job Summary

The Landmark Hotel London Ltd is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Dining Service Associate to join our team in our restaurant. As a Dining Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be fully knowledgeable about all the allergens and their presence in the dishes and drinks offered in the restaurant and to know where to find all the information.
  • Participate in food and beverage training and Mater classes to ensure up-to-date knowledge of product.
  • Be attentive to all guests and ensure that special requests are delivered.
  • Work closely with the Waiter, Outlets Supervisor, and Manager on duty to ensure the smooth running of the shift.
  • Be fully aware of all F&B Promotions in place for all the F&B Areas in the Hotel and to communicate them to guests when appropriate.
  • Perform any other duties as requested by the Outlets Supervisor or Manager on duty to ensure our guests receive efficient service.

Requirements

  • 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and provide exceptional service to guests.
