Community Support Coordinator

We are a dynamic organization that encourages applications from all backgrounds. This role involves developing and managing the Peer Mentor service and social inclusion category, promoting the service across the county, and managing a diverse caseload with various complexities and risk levels.
Job Description:
- Develop and implement strategies to promote the Peer Mentor service.
- Manage a team of peer mentors and provide them with regular supervision and training.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and manage risks in conjunction with probation services.
- Liaise closely with other agencies to review ongoing support.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in social work or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
