Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Assistant to join our team at CRA GROUP LIMITED. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately processing Corporate Parenting transactions, ensuring timely payments to Providers and Carers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Corporate Parenting transactions with accuracy and efficiency
  • Ensure all details relating to Provider and Carer bank and payment details are processed and implemented on ERP and ContrOCC systems
  • Support Providers, Carers, and Corporate Parenting Managers to resolve queries regarding invoices and non-invoice payments
  • Monitor budgets in accordance with County Council financial processes, systems, and instructions
  • Complete regular integrity checks to ensure accurate payments and Commitment Record
  • Ensure all paperwork relating to Direct Payments is received and saved for audit trail purposes
  • Contribute to effective debt management processes and provide financial support to budget holders
Essential Requirements
  • Experience with ContrOCC system
  • Experience with Corporate Parenting Processes
Working Arrangements

This role will involve a hybrid working arrangement, with one day spent in our office and four days working from home.
