About the Role: As a Mechanical Specialist at Tru Talent, you will play a key role in maintaining, inspecting, and repairing vehicles and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety. Your responsibilities will include performing routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs, inspecting and identifying mechanical issues, and conducting tests to ensure vehicles are functioning properly after repairs.To succeed in this role, you will need to have proven experience as a mechanic, relevant certifications such as ASE certification or equivalent, and strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic components of vehicles. You will also need to possess excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, and be able to communicate effectively with customers or supervisors about repair needs and timelines.
