We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Qualified Early Years Practitioner to join our team at a nurturing and supportive Nursery School in Oxfordshire. As a Qualified Early Years Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of the whole child, delivering a rich and varied curriculum that encourages children to dream big.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of the whole child, delivering a rich and varied curriculum
  • Encourage learning through play and investigation
  • Support children on a 1:1 and small group basis
  • Work collaboratively with the leadership team to achieve outstanding outcomes
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive and supportive learning environment

Requirements:

  • Level 2 or 3 childcare or early years recognised qualification
  • Experience in a previous role essential
  • Graded 'Good' by Ofsted
  • Fantastic facilities and resources
