About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Specification Sales Manager to join our team at BMS Performance. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing a successful customer base of main and sub-contractors, as well as identifying and developing a pipeline of larger public sector projects via end users and architects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and grow a successful customer base of main and sub-contractors
  • Identify and develop a pipeline of larger public sector projects via end users and architects
  • Work closely with architects and consultants to deliver public sector projects
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and plans
