About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Integration Specialist to join our Global Broadcast Engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for testing and supporting automation and playout systems, working closely with our Integration & Playout Engineering Teams to ensure seamless testing and upgrades.

Key Responsibilities
  • Automation and Playout System Testing: Conduct thorough testing of automation and playout systems to ensure they meet world-class standards.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with our Integration & Playout Engineering Teams, Broadcast Engineering, Broadcast Operations, and network clients to ensure effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Technical Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner, prioritizing multiple tasks and working well under pressure.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate testing and necessary upgrades, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the required standard.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability: Work effectively in a team-oriented environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of video and audio signals and standards, as well as automation systems, preferably with knowledge of Evertz Mediator.
  • Education and Experience: BA/BSc in IT, Engineering, or a similar technical degree, or equivalent TV & Media industry experience.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong work ethic, and a positive attitude, with the ability to lead and handle high-volume projects.
