Job Summary:

The Associates Global is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Enterprise Architecture and Strategy to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for defining and implementing our enterprise architecture strategy, driving innovation and transformation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive enterprise architecture strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
  • Lead the development and governance of technology and data standards, methodologies, and tools.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to architect, prototype, and drive the implementation of various projects and programs.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of architects and innovators to drive enterprise alignment and consistency.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and prioritize business opportunities and drive innovation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in enterprise architecture and strategy development.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop innovative solutions.
  • Experience working with technology platforms such as Oracle, Salesforce, and Microsoft.
