Job Description

TEXO Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Residential Care Specialist to join our client's team in North East Scotland.

The successful candidate will have experience in a similar construction or building role and possess excellent customer service and problem resolution skills. A competitive salary of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, private medical insurance, and enhanced family-friendly policies are available.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Customer Care Coordinators to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Resolve defects efficiently and ensure completed works are signed by the customer.
