Field Service Technician

Right Now Group is partnering with a leading organization to recruit a Field Service Engineer for their Devon region team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the growth of the company.
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and field service experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for investigating technical issues, resolving problems, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Install, maintain, and survey high-end catering and kitchen appliances.
- Comply with all relevant health and safety legislation and regulations.
- Complete paperwork accurately and on time.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Manage tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
Requirements:
- Electrical engineering background or relevant qualification.
- Previous field service engineering experience.
- Experience in repairing or installing electrical kitchen appliances, microwaves, ovens, cookers, or industrial equipment.
- Electrical knowledge and previous experience in maintenance or electronics/electrical engineering.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible approach to working hours and days.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of £30k-£35k, a company van, and full training. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the growth of the company.
Location:
The role is based in the Devon region, with a focus on the Exeter, Plymouth, Newquay, Torquay, and Taunton areas.
