Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Fabrication Operations Specialist to join our team at Integral UK Ltd. This role is ideal for an individual with a passion for fabrication and a keen eye for detail.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking various tasks to support our cabinet operations, including spare parts control, night blind fitting, evaporator fitting, and more. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with colleagues to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Spare Parts Control: Manage and maintain spare parts inventory to support current and new customers.
  • Night Blind Fitting: Install night blinds as required, ensuring high-quality results.
  • Evaporator Fitting: Fit evaporators for manufacturers and bespoke units, adhering to strict quality standards.
  • Cabinet Removal: Remove entire cabinets as part of a comprehensive store removal service.
  • Cabinet Refurbishment: Restore cabinets to their original condition, maintaining high-quality finishes.
  • LED Light Works: Install and repair LED lights, ensuring seamless functionality.
  • End Wall Supply and Fitting: Deliver and install end wall supplies, guaranteeing precision fitment.
  • Trim Heaters: Install and maintain trim heaters, meeting customer requirements.
  • Fans Replacement: Replace fans with ease, minimizing downtime.
  • Bumper Replenishment: Restock bumpers as needed, ensuring ongoing supply.
  • Door Handles: Install and replace door handles, enhancing overall cabinetry experience.
  • Temporary Cabinets: Construct temporary cabinets to meet specific needs.
  • Door Seals: Apply door seals to prevent moisture entry.
  • Glazes: Fit glazes to achieve desired aesthetic effects.
  • Light Diffusers and Clips: Install light diffusers and clips for optimal lighting conditions.
  • Bespoke Panels and Parts: Design and manufacture replacement panels and parts tailored to customer specifications.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the fabrication industry.
  • In-depth understanding of associated activities, such as cabinet operations and installation.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and strong influencing abilities, particularly at senior levels.
  • Proven track record of success in previous roles.
  • Unyielding attention to detail, resulting in zero errors or defects.
  • Flexible and proactive approach, with ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
  • Strong team leadership skills and organisational capabilities.
  • Commitment to collaboration and teamwork.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and positively to change.
  • Computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • A valid CSCS card (training provided if necessary).
  • A full UK driving license.
