{"About the Role": "We are seeking a skilled Building Surveying Technician to join our successful Building Services Team in our commercial adaptations team. As a key member of the team, you will assist in surveying jobs, diagnosing faults, and undertaking trade works to ensure high-quality results and meet targets.

Responsibilities include assisting the commercial services/responsive repairs manager in coordinating the Asset Management Strategy and providing building surveys, measured surveys, estimates, and quotations. You will also carry out HHSRS surveys within our housing stock.

Requirements include City & Guilds/NVQ 2/3 in core trade, experience in trade skills, and proven knowledge and understanding of Housing Maintenance and/or experience of property and construction in the Social Housing sector. Excellent written and oral communication skills, such as report writing, are also essential.
