We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Somerset Care. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for providing a high standard of varied menus, reflecting individual dietary requirements, and ensuring nutritional value is monitored.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and order food stock to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
• Support the kitchen assistant in the preparation and serving of food.
• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen to a high standard.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to achieve excellent food quality and presentation.
