As a Trainee Estate Agent, you'll benefit from exceptional training and support to develop your skills in negotiation and sales.

What You'll Receive:

Your Journey:

As a Trainee Estate Agent, you'll begin with two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre, where you'll receive industry-leading training delivered through one-to-one and group sessions. You'll also enjoy a fully-paid hotel stay for the duration of your training and breakfast, lunch, and an evening meal provided during your stay.

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Market properties to potential tenants or home owners
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings
  • Negotiate offers
  • Generate new leads through canvassing, door knocking, leaflet dropping, and more
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Continue your training and development, with close support from your mentor
