- Communication: Attend project meetings, liaise with construction management, and support HR in team management.
About the Role:
- Leadership Experience: Senior management experience on large-scale construction projects, preferably in a JV setting.
- Nuclear Experience: Preferably experienced with nuclear-licensed sites.
- Skills and Qualifications: Skilled in team management, resource coordination, and project compliance; strong background in safety practices and quality assurance within regulated environments.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in project management software and documentation.
- Communication Skills: Effective communicator with cross-functional teams and departments.
Compensation: The estimated salary for this role is £120,000 - £150,000 per annum, depending on experience. The role also offers a competitive day rate.
