We are seeking an experienced Social Worker to join our Family Support Team in Bath. As a Social Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable children and families, providing guidance and support to help them overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

About the Role
  • Provide social work services to children and families in need, including assessment, planning, and intervention.
  • Work closely with other professionals, such as teachers, healthcare professionals, and other social workers, to ensure a comprehensive approach to supporting children and families.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to address the needs of children and families, including providing guidance and support to help them access resources and services.
  • Conduct home visits, assessments, and other interventions as needed to support children and families.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with children and families, including progress notes, assessments, and other relevant information.
Requirements
  • Must be registered with Social Work England.
  • Must have a Social Work Qualification.
  • Must have completed an ASYE (Assessed and Supported Year in Employment).
