We are seeking a skilled Plasterer to join our Property Services team at Southway Housing Trust. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for carrying out repairs and maintenance work on our properties, ensuring that our homes are safe and well-maintained for our tenants.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out plastering repairs and maintenance work on our properties
- Work with our tenants to understand their needs and provide a customer-focused service
- Deliver high-quality work to a tight deadline, with minimal disruption to our tenants
- Collaborate with our team to ensure that all work is completed to a high standard
- Experience of plastering repairs and maintenance work
- Citizens & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 Plasterer qualification
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid full driving license
