Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Director to join our team at 1Life Management Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and leading our sales team to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve sales targets.
  • Marketing Leadership: Lead the development and implementation of marketing plans to promote our leisure centre services and products.
  • Team Management: Manage and motivate our sales team to achieve exceptional results and provide excellent customer service.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, clients, and employees to ensure excellent customer service and loyalty.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
  • Financial Management: Manage and control departmental budgets and finances to ensure profitability and efficiency.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety procedures and responsibilities are carried out at all times.
  • Training and Development: Provide continuous training and development opportunities for the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Level 3 or higher management qualification and at least 2 years of management experience.
  • Experience: Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, clients, and employees.
  • Personal Qualities: Flexible, reliable, and able to work as part of a team.
