VanRath seeks a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our team in Ballymena. This is a part-time opportunity with an estimated salary of £25,000-£35,000 per annum.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will support the Director and manage the administration function, including systems, expenses, invoicing, and travel arrangements for our established business.

  • Manage and reconcile company bank accounts and credit cards.
  • Affiliate with database maintenance to coordinate projects, expenses, and resources.
  • Reconcile travel and subsistence receipts.
  • Manage the sales ledger, issue invoices, and follow up on payments.
  • Manage travel bookings and allocate expenses.
  • Monitor stock levels and replenish as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Finance Administrator.
  • Bookkeeping experience, including purchase and sales ledger management.
  • Excellent IT skills, with 1+ year of Microsoft Office experience, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
