Your Role:

As a Housekeeping Team Member, you will be responsible for general cleaning and maintaining housekeeping stores to deliver an excellent Guest experience. Your duties will include greeting guests in public areas and rooms, ensuring corridors are kept tidy, achieving positive outcomes from guest queries, maintaining Housekeeping stores in a clean and tidy state, carrying out lost property procedures, using chemicals correctly, reporting maintenance issues, complying with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation, and disposing of waste accordingly.

What We Are Looking For:

We are looking for a motivated individual with good communication skills, able to work under pressure and as part of a team. You should be committed to delivering high levels of service to guests and have methodical and well-organised approach to your work. Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
