Nurse Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse Associate to join our team at Wallingford Community Hospital. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the hospital's mission to provide outstanding care.

As a Registered Nurse Associate, you will be responsible for undertaking complex assessments of patients, working autonomously with the support of senior nursing staff. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a variety of environments, including wards, units, and patients' homes.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to identify their needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care and achieve excellent patient outcomes.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in patient care and nursing practice.

• Registered Nursing Associate on the NMC register.
• Completion of Nursing Associate foundation degree qualification.
• Experience of working with older people.
• Nursing within Community/Acute based Environment.
