At CDP, we're on a mission to accelerate the rate of change in environmental disclosure. We're looking for a Senior Manager to lead our Scoring Automation team and drive innovation in environmental disclosure.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in data science and analysis, with experience in leading teams and delivering complex projects. They will be responsible for developing and implementing new scoring methodologies, tools, and technologies to increase the reputation of CDP's scores.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the Scoring Automation team and overseeing all activities
  • Defining the functional roadmap for scoring automation and upskilling the team
  • Acting as the subject matter expert for coding solutions for complex scoring methodologies
  • Pioneering new data science-led scoring techniques, tools, and methodologies
  • Working with the Product team to integrate new scoring techniques, tools, and methodologies into future technology platform roadmaps

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic or professional background in data science or analysis, with experience in environmental topics. They will also have excellent technical data skills, including Python, NumPy, SQL, and data science libraries.

We offer a competitive salary of £57,000, plus a range of benefits, including 30 days annual holidays, flexible working hours, and up to 6 months remote work anywhere in the world.
