Role Overview

In this exciting opportunity, you will join the Cement and Packed Products Team at Tarmac Trading Limited as a Graduate Chemical Process Engineer. This 3-year graduate scheme is designed to help you develop key skills such as decision-making, presentation, and communication.

Job Responsibilities
  • You will participate in our dedicated development programme and CRH international technical programme to gain a deep understanding of cement engineering, manufacturing, and production.
  • You will be integrated into the production team, applying your knowledge to impact decisions and contribute to successful continuous plant performance.
  • Key responsibilities include addressing production and process bottlenecks, working with plant machinery to understand issues, finding solutions, and implementing them.
  • You will also play a key role in important projects, contributing to sustainability initiatives, C02 reduction projects, and improving the way we work.

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience)
