Software Trainer

We are seeking an experienced IT Trainer to join our Technology and Adoption Team at identifi Global Resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver training sessions using a blend of teaching techniques and facilitating workshops, webinars, and hands-on training.
- Conduct technical demonstrations and run IT training/workshops (in person, and online/digital).
- Network and communicate with a wide range of users, utilizing an approachable, empathic, engaging communication style.
- Develop and implement training programs to cater to different learning styles.
Requirements:
- Experience with running technical demonstrations and IT training/workshops.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office 365 and MS Teams.
- Ability to adapt to different learning styles and communicate effectively with users.
