Student Behaviour Support Specialist

A specialist SEMH secondary school in Waltham Forest is seeking x3 Behaviour Mentors (SEMH) for ASAP starts. This rare opportunity allows professionals to join a close-knit specialist SEMH / Mental Health school for young people who require SEMH support.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide targeted support to students with SEMH needs, enabling them to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.
- To work closely with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement effective behaviour management strategies.
About the Role
This Behaviour Mentor position offers an ASAP start, Monday - Friday, school hours (8:30am - 4:00pm). The daily rate for this role is between £105-£115 per day, experience-dependent.
Requirements
We are looking for Behaviour Mentors with a passion for working with young people who have SEMH needs. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students and staff.
