We are looking for an Academic Instructor to join our team at BluetownOnline Ltd. As a Lecturer (HND Hospitality Management), you will have the opportunity to teach and inspire students in the field of Hospitality.

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in Hospitality and relevant teaching experience in Higher Education. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive curriculum content
  • Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
  • Participate in curriculum development and program evaluation

Requirements:

  • PhD in Hospitality or related field
  • Teaching experience in Higher Education
  • Ability to motivate and engage students

Salary and Benefits:

  • A salary of £28,000 - £48,000 per annum (£22 - £40 per hour)
