About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Membercare Assistant to join our dynamic team at Bannatyne Health Clubs. As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance across our clubs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and safe environment for members and staff
  • Work with chemicals and cleaning equipment to clean open-plan changing rooms, toilets, and shower areas
  • Perform general cleaning tasks such as mopping, scrubbing, dusting, and hoovering
  • Interact positively with colleagues and members, providing excellent customer service
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a domestic or cleaning role
  • Ability to work under pressure at busy times of the day
  • Good interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude
  • Strong work ethic, time management, and a can-do attitude
