At Lap of Love, we prioritize our doctors' happiness and well-being, recognizing the importance of professional fulfillment and personal satisfaction. Our team of over 350 veterinarians and support staff collaborate and encourage one another to deliver exceptional patient care.

We strive to create a work environment that fosters growth, learning, and success for our veterinarians. With an average of 2-4 appointments daily, you'll have ample time to provide individualized attention and compassion to each pet and their family.

Compensation and Benefits

This role comes with a competitive salary of $122,000 per year, with opportunities for bonuses and attractive weekend pay. You'll also enjoy customized medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, as well as a 401k with a 3% company match.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS) degree
  • Valid U.S. driver's license
  • Availability to work some weekends
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance
