As a Companionship Healthcare Professional, you will be responsible for providing companionship and support to our service user, enabling him to live a fulfilling life. Our service user is a gentleman who requires a care team to support him throughout the day and night on a 1:1 basis. He enjoys chatting, watching TV, and listening to music.

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual who can provide support with his personal care, moving and handling requirements, attending to his clinical care needs, and promoting his hobbies and interests. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 months' previous care experience, including medication administration, personal care, and moving and handling. Experience working with spinal injury management is desirable but not essential.

We offer a competitive salary of £13.00 per hour (£123.50 approx. per 9.5-hour shift) for weekdays, £14.00 per hour (£182 approx. per 13-hour shift) for weeknights, £15.00 per hour (£195 approx. per 13-hour shift) for weekends, and £17.00 per hour (£221 approx. per 13-hour shift) for Bank Holidays. Additionally, we provide flexible hours, confirmed rotas, holiday pay, full clinical training, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
