Job Description

**About the Role**

Engage Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead our client, a leading industrial manufacturer and supplier, through a period of transformation and growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the company's strategic direction, leading the executive team, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Motivate and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Collaborate closely with private equity investors, commercial leaders, operational teams, and other key stakeholders to drive value creation and growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, funders, suppliers, and insurers, ensuring a strong network of partnerships.
  • Review and optimize operational activities, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and revenue potential.
  • Work closely with the Chief Financial Officer to ensure accurate financial reporting and key performance indicator tracking.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience as a CEO or Managing Director in a manufacturing sector, with a strong track record of business growth and transformation.
  • Superb leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and empower teams to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Experience in turnaround, fundraising, and investor relations, with a strong understanding of private equity funding.
  • Able to deliver business improvements that enhance margin performance and drive growth.
