Senior Care Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at a reputable Nursing Home in the Sevenoaks area. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their well-being and person-centered care needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date care plans for residents, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
  • Lead and mentor the Day Care Team, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent care delivery.
  • Conduct regular supervision meetings to monitor progress and address any concerns.
  • Stay up-to-date with home policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and best practices.
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or working towards it.
  • Competence in medication handling and administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and IT skills.
  • Understanding of person-centered care principles.
