Key Responsibilities:- Manage the Electrical Workshop team to ensure efficient and effective project delivery
- Oversee project installations and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
- Collaborate with the engineering department to ensure effective communication and project alignment
- Lead and motivate the team to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results
- Ensure the workshop environment is organized and efficient, with a focus on quality and safety
- Relevant electrical qualification (e.g., Level 3 qualification in a relevant field)
- BTec, City and Guilds, or recognized apprenticeship/training in electrical work
- Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and technical schematics
- Proficient in general IT skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Previous experience as a Team Leader, preferably within the electrical industry
- Competitive salary and bonus scheme

- 24 days of holiday plus eight standard UK bank holidays
- Early finishes on Fridays
